Today I have a talk with my manager about what the hell I'm going to do at work. I've got some ideas, both abstract and concrete, about what I want. My project manager has a backlog of challenging work he's happy to set in front of me, most of which leverages off the same steep learning curve I've just come up. That's potentially really good news! I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that it will more than make up for the work situation that they have you in now.

Oh, and don't forget to add our visit to your story arc. It might be a minor subplot but we're excited. ;-) I think the rest of '08/'09 is going to hold some wonderful adventures!

Welcome. Please don't feel slighted if I don't add you back. I try to actively read and comment on all of the LJs to which I subscribe, and I am failing to meet that with my current list because work just took away LJ access. I will drop into your periodically to find out what's up in your life.
