I resisted the siren call of "more interesting stuff" to stay home and work on my dissertation. I churned out another 1.5 pages that is neither brilliant nor utter tripe.
I also spent some enough time hooping that I actually loosened up a bit and found some ease. That was a good and necessary thing.
