where: Aaaaaall over Rivelata, but he's starting in the Market.
Xemnas threw the woman's now lifeless body aside, and tucked her freshly-harvested heart into a satchel he was carrying. He bent to wipe his bloody hands on her dress, and turned to the next victim, a wide-eyed, terrified young boy.
He only smirked, before lunging at the child, and slashing the boy across the chest with one of his aerial blades, then threw him into the air, and used his powers to suck the heart out. This would be his fourth. Ah, there it was, finally... it did not resemble the lovely crystals, or the shimmering pink heart-shaped hearts of his world. No, hearts harvested in this manner looked like raw, bloody, still pulsating crystallized hearts.
One man frowned, and ran up to Xemnas to stop him. "I do believe this terminates our endeavor to work together, Mr. Dent." He then stabbed Harvey Dent with his weapons, twisting it to make sure he was good and dead. He then kicked the politician's lifeless body out of his way and continued his slaughtering spree.
He needed so many hearts...
