I woke up to a comment on the Visitorverse saying 'it's been a long four days since I started binging this 'verse, and now I'm done'. I was perplexed: four days? Surely we couldn't have produced four days' worth of binging material since August? And then I checked the total wordcount. 178,000 words. How has this happened?

I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M STILL WRITING THIS.

One of these scenes contains a touch of Haytham/Aveline. My fellow writers in this 'verse reacted to this with 'HAYTHAM/AVELINE IS A HORRIFYING PAIRING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM IT'. My Visitorverse writing thunders on into eternity. This is absolutely ridiculous. (I've now written 38,000 words for it in total. VISITORS WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE A 3,200-WORD ONESHOT. THIS FIC IS OVER ONE THOUSAND PER CENT LONGER THAN I INTENDED.)
