Happy birthday to eva_kasumi! May all your dreams come true. (Assuming they're not like those dreams I have of being chased by dinosaurs, and dying when the coach I'm in takes a shortcut off a cliff, and being trapped in Balamb Garden and forced to commit suicide by casting Holy on myself. Yes.)

Shockingly enough, I have yet to acquire a copy of Half-Blood Prince. This is mainly because my birthday's coming up, and nobody (least of all myself) has a clue what to get me, so I think I should make sure that there's something I can ask for. So, um, I'll be getting it on the eighteenth... try not to spoil me until about the twentieth. (Although I'll probably end up spoiling myself, anyway. I found out about That Death in Order of the Phoenix when I was flicking through, trying to find my place, and just so happened to catch sight of a Very Significant Line. Fortunately I'd already picked up on the foreshadowing.)

If Harry does not die, leaving the path open for Neville to save the world (possibly with Mrs Norris as his sidekick) in the seventh book, I am going to be very unhappy. Also: Phineas Nigellus, being my favourite character, should have a much larger part this time. In fact, he can help out on Neville's Odyssey (Nevillesy?) too - maybe he could have his portrait strapped to Neville's back? And Lupin is not allowed to die. I forbid him.

The bit where it turned out that James was a git was great. We need more of James' gitsiness. Let's see how much of it Harry can endure before his head explodes. That can be how he dies.

(I don't actually hate Harry, but if his death is the only way to get Neville into the spotlight, then SO BE IT. I'll kill him myself if I have to.)

On a completely unrelated note, I despise mosquitoes. In order to fully express exactly how much I hate mosquitoes, I would need to invent a new language with seven hundred terms for different levels of fear and loathing. The walls of my bedroom are looking worryingly as if they may soon have more mosquito corpses than paint covering them. I think that I may have an actual phobia.

we all love hearing about dreams right?, harry potter
