Sunset Lake is a quaint little lake in Braintree, Massachusetts.

As you can imagine, there's not really a lot of call for hanging out at a lakeside at a New England lake in the middle of winter. But it is pretty.

Back in the day, I was a little fox. Like, even littler than I am now. Yes, I know that's hard to believe.

But yes, I grew up in Weymouth, Massachusetts, outside of Boston, and from Kindergarten up through Sixth Grade, I went to Thomas V. Nash Elementary School.

I had some free time during the afternoon today. I was originally going to go out and do some writing, but it was a nice day, so instead I decided to swing on by the town of Hull, which isn't too far from my hometown of Weymouth, and where I spent many nights back in school just driving to aimlessly with my friends ( Read more... )

So, I never got around to writing up a con report for Further Confusion this year. That's a shame, because it was an awesome convention. I blame my lack of coherent post-writing on my not having taken many pictures at all.

Still, despite being several weeks ago, I can still give y'all the "highlights reel" version of my con experience.
