The only thing I don't like about caricatures...

I've worked at Disney for about 6 months and had my first problem customer. I was doing a family of 3 children (there were more but only 3 were getting done) and as I work people come up and watch of course. I sometimes have kids watch for hours. There was this little girl that was coming back and forth for a while. I lose track of time when I draw, so I'm not sure how long it was.
Now it's about 11:03pm or so. The Gift shop has closed and technically so have I. I'm finishing up the last child of the family when the mother of the girl that has been watching me draw storms up and angrily asks "Aren't you going to draw my daughter?!"
"I didn't know she wanted to be drawn."
"Why would a child just sit and watch you for 45 minutes?!"
"Ma'am it happens all the time. You'd be surprised how many children just watch."
"Why can't you do it now?"
"The gift shop just closed, and you have to pay through the gift shop. I can't take your money."
"Well I'm going to see a Manager!!!"

After this the dad comes up, with a much cooler head and asks if I can draw it. Long story short I end up feeling sorry for the girl and I do the caricature. She wanted to be a princess and her favorite was Jasmine, so ended up putting her in that kind of outfit with Agrabah in the background. She liked it and so did the parents, and the night time management worked something out to where they would pay the next day. The guy even tipped me $20.
As strange as it sounds, I kind of wish he didn't tip me so it would feel more like a moral victory for me instead of a monetary one. Even though I tried to give it back, I still feel a little guilty for taking the tip even though I probably shouldn't.

On top of that it wasn't my best painting or background day. I need a better brush. ;-_-
