With Harry Potter, though, mostly they just sent me two copies of Reel 3, and labeled one of them Reel 2. The jump from Reel 1 to 3 wasn't as bad as some of the jump cuts I've seen in HP movies, so I didn't think about it. But then, 20 minutes later, when I started watching the same scenes I had already seen, I was a little annoyed. This means that if TW (or ETS-Kally, I suppose) can't send us a replacement reel 2 before about 6PM, lots of people with pre-ordered tickets are going to be very angry that they can't watch Harry Potter on opening day.
The rest of the metric fuck-ton came from my own management who decided to have HP play on theater 6 at 7PM, but listed it as playing on theater 3 on all the schedules, and those of us who were there last night didn't know this, so we had no idea what the hell was going on when two movies were scheduled to play at the same time on 3 today.
