I hate peppers!
Why is it so difficult to find vegetarian dishes/salads without peppers?
We ate delicious lobster today - and sald, with not a pepper in sight - hurrah!

The anonymous insect seems to have stopped biting. No new itches since yesterday, but the old ones are drivbing me frantic

Lamb hearts are in the slow cooker, so there is a delicious smell

It hasn't stopped blowing and/or drizzling for three days. On the other hand, people seem to have enjoyed Faenol, which I feared  would be ruined.

I made a very beautiful king prawn paella!

Oops! Just my luck! I haven't mentioning that the Very Big Shop has had Innocent smoothies on offer (until this week)  and I've enjoyed them so much that I was pondering ordering them at full price.
Now BBC TV warns us that they may not be all that innocent.
Moving on ..................

Because I missed watching the ferry's harbour entry a week or so ago,  I walked up to the lifeboat station to meet it, and was rewarded by watching it cantering past the end of the breakwater, and being reined in and reversed for the entry ( Read more... )
