Well, it's been three years this time since my last post, and things have only gotten worse. I've been battling an ever growing depression since I came back to Texas from Denver in 2005. My mother died almost two years ago, and I was already in such a deep depression at that time that I couldn't even grieve properly for her. I cried like I've never ( Read more... ) -

Life of a waitress...
I'm at a Perkins in Ohio and I was over hearing my very sweet older lady waitress tell a couple that she has 4 grown daughters who have chidren already. I was so sad, how could 4 grown children allow their elderly gray haired mother to wait tables all night long at a 24 hour diner? It's not exactly easy work. This sounds really stupid but...
I miss being in love. I haven't been in love in a long time. I've just focused on other things, and pushed love to the back of my mind. But, now I'm starting to really enjoy this point in my life, and I wish I had someone to enjoy it with. I think I need to start dating again, but I'm not quite sure how to go about meeting anyone. NYC
I'm sitting in the DC airport on my way back from NYC. I am sooo sleepy and wore out. NYC was awesome per usual, and I got to see two broadway shows, Mary poppins and South Pacific, both of which were amazing. Poppins was incredible, and completely magical. You leave the theater singing all the songs. The guy who plays Burt was fantastic!

Go see Bruno, it's epic. I laughed so hard my vagina fell out onto a butter slick on the theater floor and it slid all the way down to the front row. I had to chase after that shit. True story.

Here's a souvenir from south padre. I was at a club with some friends, and I was stuck baby sitting my friend who had gotten way too drunk. She couldn't stand up herself and she was creating a scene stumbling around the club, so I was behind her holding her up and moving her toward the exit. Can I pay you in blood?
I'm having a big urge to spend money, and seeing as how I'm broke, this urge is causing a sick cycle of online browsing, adding to "cart," and being forced to x out of the browser before I do something I regret.
It's very sad, I know.
