This morning I was swamped with work.  Lunch was yummy at Panera, and this afternoon has been tedious.  Tonight we are having my husband's delayed birthday celebration:  Supper of chicken and dumplings, with chocolate fudge cake for dessert.  YUM!  But before I get home and start cooking supper, I have to swing by my sister's and pick up the ( Read more... )

 I can hardly believe that Christmas is almost here.  I still have some packages to wrap and I want to bake one more batch of my ginger cookies (these for our family to munch instead of sending off), and I want to write more on the Yule gift fics I'm doing for some friends with the aim to deliver them on 12th Night.
