Prescription for a headache...
Actually it's not as bad as it sounds, I actually slept really well last night, which is odd for me on a Tuesday when I get up at 4:30am. So, on that count, I'm doing quite well. On the other hand, they are testing the new fire alarm system in my building today, which includes a 'horn' about 3 feet away from my desk. And they don't warn you when they are about to start. You should see me jump! ;) However, I did manage to acquire some hearing protection in the form of foam ear plugs, so it's manageable. Not particularly fun either, and I hope I don't miss any phone calls today because I have ear plugs in.
Got Cassandra Syndrome practice tonight, and I imagine we'll be hammering on the new songs, which will be fun. I love practice days.
