Actually it's not as bad as it sounds, I actually slept really well last night, which is odd for me on a Tuesday when I get up at 4:30am. So, on that count, I'm doing quite well. On the other hand, they are testing the new fire alarm system in my building today, which includes a 'horn' about 3 feet away from my desk. And they don't warn you ( Read more... )

Yeah, it was tempting, especially because I've got wire cutters here in the office. But they're brand new fire alarms, and I doubt that it'd be good for my job security. Oh well...

I turned out to be Sinbad...the original Arabian swashbuckler. Which is kinda cool, since I've always associated pirates with either Asian or Arabian peoples, rather than the literary European archetype, although I couldn't say exactly why.

I have to admit, though, the pictures they chose to represent Sinbad were pretty much crap.

Oh well.
