When it hits home
As often as I must walk with others going through potentially terminal medical situations in my work, I find my reaction to my own sister's cancer diagnosis pretty fascinating...of course also painful and frightening, but can't help being fascinated at how the issue 'looks' different. entering this parallel universe
a friend encouraged me to enter this world...and I find it awkward, but thrilling...being a 'boy' in an aging body, this world is very new to me. I'm a internet toddler so have much to learn, so be kind! It will take awhile for me to get the lay of this new land...get back to you when I've traversed the landscape for a few miles...
