Before we get to the actual concert, I'd like to point out that SHINee really did sell out their concert. People were waiting outside for hours at a chance to buy tickets at the ticket office the same day. From what I've heard, they opened up another two sections for those fans too, and we managed to get good seats! No goods though, but their L file folders looked really pretty. Not everyone was able to get tickets that day either, so there were girls already forming a line for the ticket box the next morning. That's dedication right there.

There were no special stages or solos, but all of them put up some really impressive performances. It was all five of them on stage the whole time.
This isn't going to be in order, I am just writing things down as I remember them. I haven't listened to a lot of their recent music too, so I didn't know a lot of the songs they were singing. That didn't stop me from liking them though.
They performed four songs before doing their introduction. One of those stages was of them being blindfolded for about half of it.
Key was embarrassed to use aegyo but he said "andwae" a lot with a gesture. It was really cute and he would hide his face in his hand every time he did it.
They were doing one slow song where all of them were standing on the stairs, the stairs were separated into five sections, so each member was raised or lowered depending on the beat of the song and when it was their line to sing. It was a simple stage but I still really loved it and I had a lot of feelings for it.
Minho kept doing this thing with his butt by putting his hands behind his head, dropping it low and then swaying his ass around. It was probably the greasiest I've seen him and he did it more than once. :|
They were doing another song, "3 2 1" I think it was, with a raised stage and a dance battle, Minho did his butt thing and then Onew went up on the stage next and was krumping??? And he was really good at it???
"Girls Girls Girls"... let me tell you a little something about that. All of them were sitting down on chairs and wearing pink robes. Some of them were also wearing towels or bands that keep hair out of your face. Another really good song because they did moves that girl groups have done. They did the face patting thing during I Got a Boy's choreo, lifted one food in the air like Sistar's Alone, and did all these other whacky things on stage. Key opened up his robe and out came all the glittery trimmings.
It seemed like they had the most fun performing their Japanese songs. Their stages were a lot more colorful and interactive. During one of their songs, they were riding on different things around the extended stage. Jonghyun and Minho were on tiny skateboards, Onew was on a bike with a small back wheel, Taemin used a scooter and Key was on a monkey bike.
"Dream Girl" is one of my favorite songs from them and seeing it being performed live really made my energy go up cheering for them.
I really loved "Everybody" too and the way they worked their stage... oh man, there's really no way to describe it other than the timing of EVERYTHING, and the fireworks going off around the stage while they were tutting. It was perfect. They were perfect.
They left the stage after saying goodbye, people started screaming "encore," but we got these pieces of paper to sing "The Reason" instead and people managed to do it. We didn't even have to wait to sing the whole thing before the stage lights went off again and a video introducting Sherlock started playing.
Funnily enough, Minho didn't rip his pants from dropping it low. During the encore when they were performing "Sherlock," that's when he ripped it. Either that or during "Why so Serious?" It was during one of their encore songs.
I don't think we would have known he did either until he mentioned it during ment. During the song, he was missing a lot of the choreography because he walked near the back of the stage, took off his jacket and was using that time to wrap it around his waist.

So with my thoughts after the concert, Onew is still one of my biases because he looked really good and happy. He was energetic when they were riding in the carts around the stage and waving to the fans. Minho was... very strange but in a good way and I actually really like this Minho because he was interacting with the fans a lot. Key was energetic in general and he put a lot of that energy in his choreography, head banging and all. Jonghyun isn't one of my favorites but I really like his concert-self. He's the one who talked the most during ments and making fun of the other members when something happened. There was a performance where he did the wrong choreography and he knew he messed up, but he played it off really well, and it helped that it was one of their more playful songs. Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about Taemin because I was focused a lot on the others. ;;
But really, when people have the opportunity, they really should go to a SHINee concert once in their lives. There was never a dull moment and I was consistently impressed by how they used their stage. It really was amazing and impressive and perfect and I really can't explain it in words how wonderful the experience was.
