Work sucks

I hate my class. I don't say this lightly. The return of one boy back to the school has destroyed the fine balance I had worked so hard to achieve. His presence had made several of my other students revert back to poor behaviour and this is just too much on top of his impulsive and rude behaviour. He has spat nearly every day that I have been there. At other children or floor. He has flushed a popper down the toilet. He routinely yells, talks over the other children and disrupts nearly every lesson every day. He sucks his own tongue like a dummy. It is exhausting. His arrival has also sparked off one of the other parents to come in And complain every day about his interactions with her son. Granted he is annoying but her son seeks him out, pushes into his space and plays with him and encourages some of his poor behaviour. Add to all the trouble he brings to the class one if the girls who spends most if her time in a fairy land, quite literally. I have had to tell her to put her fairy phone on silent and not take calls in class. She spends assemblies picking imaginary berries off an imaginary tree and when told not to do it, puts them back on the tree in a huff. And the best I get is 1 hour of support in the morning and that has been taken from another student in need because our funding was assigned at the beginning of the year and when he didn't return we lost it.
I have put in place numerous different techniques to manage the behaviours in the class and every day there is something new. They are sucking away my soul. My biggest issue is that there are so many children who miss out because of all of these other students. And the positive gains that I had made with some of the others are adding away. He has no diagnosis and at every attempt last year, his parents blamed the teacher for not being more firm. They are finally acknowledging that there is an issue but it has meant that he has missed a year and half is school by the time they might even get close to address the problems. He has also hampered the learning of the rest of the students. It is not fair on him or the other students.
And there is no more outside help that we can access. The det in their brilliance sent all of our experts to schools. Apparently a special needs teacher is an expert in the field of everything. The special needs teacher we got is amazing with reading difficulties but this boy runs rings around her. I am counting it down to the end.
