These albums are not ranked and these reviews are not really reviews in the strictest sense of the word. These are just my thoughts on 20 albums that came out this year that made some sort of impact on me. Interpret as you will. These are the first five.

Over at maryangel200's Snapshot Challenge, I was given 2 Polaroid pictures to work with in order to create something. I decided to write two short stories based in original universes. 'Snow of Childhood' takes place in the same universe as 'The Return' and 'Down The Road' is based in the universe of Blood On Our Knees, a graphic novel I have recently started ( Read more... )

So for this month's flash collaboration at 2xcreative, I was paired with acres_and_acres. Since I was going to be out and about this weekend, we agreed that I would send them a few pictures taken with my camera (a Sony Cybershot - a basic point and shoot digital camera) and they would write something based on one of the pictures I sent them.

This was the final result.
