It's only 12:00 and I've already had four boxes of Milk Duds (Halloween-sized, with a whopping 4 Milk Duds per box, but still), three brownies, and I'm working on a sucker right now.

Halloween candy is so going reverse any of the good I've done walking and biking to school these last few months.

#1 - Delivery. Instead of driving ten miles or grabbing take-out after work, they bring the food to you. (realized last week when Mandy and I ordered Chinese, but which I didn't post)
#2 - When one gets a sudden Gummy Worm Craving, there is a gas station/grocery store/department store just down the road.

The Sodoxho small outrageously-over-priced-grocery store on campus should not have a bulk candy set up. Or, more to the point, they shouldn't keep bulk Sour Patch candies in it. It's indecent, I tell you! It's like they're on a mission to Make Maren Gain Weight! Humph ( Read more... )

Went to Walmart for a new phone card and bottled water. Also got in on the cheap After Halloween candy bags. Got four pounds of mixed stuff, most if not all of which I like, for 4 dollars. In the bag? Nerds, Giant Sour Patch Kids, and Sunkist Fruit Gems that Gramma Meyer used to always have around when we were kids, to name a few. Yay cheap ( Read more... )

I have Trolli Sour Bright Octopus. They are far better than Black Forest Sour Lightning Bugs, and they are not phallic in the least. They do, however, have eight legs. Twist that as you see fit.

Sour Gummy Lightning Bugs are very phallic. And they aren't near as good as the sour gummy worms.

Ah, yes... Ya gotta love the week after Halloween. You can get all the candy you could every want at dirt-cheep prices. Wandered down to Target after classes for some lunch and picked up two bags of candy, Tootsie Rolls and Nerds for like 69 cents each.
