Weight: 194.2 (down 2.2 pounds this week; 12.2 overall)
Fat ratio: 38.5 (down 0.7 this week; 1.0 since 1/23)
Water ratio: 36.4 (up 1.1 this week; up 1.4 since 1/23)
Muscle ratio: 32.0 (down 0.5 this week; down 0.4 since 1/23)
Bone ratio: 4.0 (same as last week; down 0.6 since 1/23)
Neck: 13" (same; down 1/2" overall)
Bicep: 11" (same; down 3/4" overall)
Chest: 37" (down 1" this week; down 3" overall)
Waist: 32" (down 1/2" this week; down 5" overall)
Hips: 40" (same; down 2 1/2" overall)
Thigh: 19" (down 1/4" this week; down 1/4" overall)
Belly: 39" (down 1/2 this week; down 4" overall)
I'm not sure why the muscle ratio would have declined this week, but as I've heard from several other people, measuring body fat and muscle ratios on a scale like this can be inexact. However, I'm thrilled to report that this is the least I've weighed since December 22, 2010. For some reason, as I've stated previously, my postpartum weight loss stalled in the holiday season of 2010 and had been off-track until I started the Virgin Diet this January.
Tonight, I start testing eggs. I'm going to be making a frittata with tons of vegetables, served with turkey bacon. It will be a "breakfast for dinner" night. I don't expect this to be a problem, since eggs are not something I've tended to have cravings for or to overeat, both of which can be signs of food intolerance. I'll report what happened.
