Last week was an odd week. The long weekend was great, but there was a big move of servers to a new datacenter at work thing that ended up having a big impact on my day job. Tests, tests, tests. But I think the testing is done and over with now. Over 2 months, I've met with 2 doctors and 4 audiologists. I've been allergy tested (and how much fun that was!). I've had an MRI, a CT scan, an ENG and this morning a VNG. The ENG made me feel sick for 2 days. The VNG tests for basically the same things as the ENG, but it's ( Read more... )

Last night was full of not sleeping well. Not necessarily poorly, just not good quality sleep. I think my body has just decided that since I rarely get more than 5-6 hours of sleep a night that it's just going to wake me up after about 5 hours. Storms rolled in last night around 3, waking me up. There was some rather impressive lightning/thunder, but the rain itself wasn't quite what I would have expected for that level of noise.
