Storms rolled in last night around 3, waking me up. There was some rather impressive lightning/thunder, but the rain itself wasn't quite what I would have expected for that level of noise. I was a little late getting out the door for my evening walk last night. It was close to 8 by the time I hit the street (talking on the phone), just in time to watch the sunset, which was lovely. I am sore this morning, not in a good way. I did the 3.5 miles again yesterday, and that's not the part that's making me sore this morning. My body can handle that, although again I was feeling tired by the end of that loop. But that's just a matter of conditioning, and pretty soon I won't be tired at the end of 3.5 miles, and then I'll step it ( Read more... )
