I've recently noticed that I can only stay focused on homework if I'm listening to instrumental music, usually piano. SO pretty that it keeps me calm and in the zone.

I'm excited to find out that The Host is actually the first part of The Soul Trilogy. Stephenie is just beyond amazing to have another series coming out so quickly, when the end of the Twilight Saga is just around the corner. The motivation she must have is really sweet. Perhaps I should have concentrated more on drawing the human form in art class. I am so out of practice that I don't even think these few sketches of fey are going to turn out well. I was always more drawn to facial portraits or cartoon-ish work...eh. maybe I'll succeed in getting what I want out of these. I'll try to post them later.
