The word is on your lips

Weekend's been okay, as okay as it can be when I work both days, that is. Had 10.30 to 5 yesterday, which wasn't too bad, Emma (not as in one of the twins, this is a different Emma, my workmate) and I had a good laugh, made the day go quicker. Then I picked up Melissa and Emma (the twins - see the need for clarification?) around 6.30 for us to go to the movies. We ended up seeing You Don't Mess With The Zohan; it was weird, and funny in an "Oh my god, I'm laughing, this is shameful" kind of way. I wouldn't see it again though. All the hummus references made me think of Red Dwarf - "Sorry Bongo, I'm strictly butter-side up!"

Went back to the twins' house for the night. We attempted to contact otherworldly entities on a spiritboard that Doubleday sent me - which I never ordered, but they do that - and after 45 minutes of nothing, we packed it in. Watched Jumanji, I hadn't seen it in a good five years, and it was entertaining. We played Cluedo before turning in at around 3 am. We got woken at 7 am to hear their cousin gave birth to a baby boy, Samuel Michael. I was happy for them, but I fell asleep again five minutes later. Don't think they cared too much luckily.

I had weird dreams, involving a tsunami, a poker game in Perth, and meeting James McAvoy at my nanny's house in Darwin. He wanted to go to the mall with me. Odd. Unfortunately I woke before any possible dream sexy time could occur. Darn. Had work from 11.30 to 3.30 today, it went pretty quickly. Now I'm home, and I should probably do some more work on my assignments since they're all due this Friday and I won't find a lot of time to finish them. If I don't get called in, I have tomorrow and Tuesday off. I'd better get writing. Sigh.
