"Oi. Floe. I brought you some dinner," came a voice from just outside the door as a certain phoenix made her way into the room without much further announcement beyond that. She had apparently forgotten to be mad at Marisa over the text... Or had at least convinced herself she wasn't worth it.

Marisa stopped singing along as she heard that voice and glanced up from where she was laying on her stomach, a pair of glasses on. She wasn't terribly thrilled with Mokou breezing into her room, but she had left the door open and the Phoenix was Floe's friend.

Though why her roommate dated the unwashed girl in the first place was beyond her.

"She's not here."

... Fuck. Marisa.

"Shit? Really? Huh... Guess I should have sent a text to let her know I was coming over. Oh well," she shrugged as she... made herself right at home on the sofa.

"Tch." Marisa scooted closer to the end of the couch when Mokou sit, not wanting to touch the girl, keeping her legs bent up. Yes, she was incidentally flashing Mokou her underwear, but she really didn't care. She'd be damned if she was going to move any more in her own room for Mokou.

"I don't know when she's coming back. I'll let her know you stopped by though," she said dismissively as she went back to her book.

"I'll just stay here till she gets back," Mokou replied. Mostly because she didn't trust Marisa with the food. Mushroom risotto? HA! Fat chance she'd leave that anywhere near the witch.

"I don't know when she's going to get back, ze. Just put the food in the kitchenette and leave," Marisa replied. "I had a shitty day and I don't need you ruining my evening. This is my room, ze."

She turned the page and glared at the next page.

"I'm only sitting here. This is Floe's room too, and she's my friend, so you can bite my ass if you have a problem with me being here, alright?"

"And when Floe is here or I know when she'll be back, I have no issue with you being here, ze." Marisa rolled her eyes. "Hanging out with you for however long she'll be is not my definition of a fun time."

"No one's saying you have to talk to me, bitch," Mokou shrugged.

"Not intending on it. Enjoy your boredom, ze."

Marisa grabbed the remote and turned the music up before focusing back on her book. Hopefully, Mokou will just leave once she got bored.

In an ideal world, that would have been true. But Mokou gave no fucks and was perfectly content to sit her happy ass down.

"Eksu... Nice."

And apparently compliment her taste in music.

...which for all that Marisa didn't want to talk to Mokou, someone actually recognized her music. It rarely ever happened.

"Yeah... glad they're back together, even if it's just not the same without hide."

"I don't like the new stuff, to be honest," Mokou shrugged. "Not to say it's bad. I just like the rawer sound of the stuff from before. New recording techniques kind of took away from what made the band stand out before. That and a lack of hide, but that can't be helped."

"Point," Marisa replied. "I'm more for the power ballads than the speed metal when they were more visual kei."

"Back when visual was relevant. Anyone who does it now is a waste of studio time. They're all talentless hacks. Anyone worth anything got out of the style back in the 90's," Mokou chuckled.

Yo Marisa and Mokou, I'm real happy for you and I'mma let you finish bonding but Actually, if Floe had any kind of foresight, she probably should have let them finish bonding, instead of excitedly bursting in as soon as she heard their voices from the hall. But right now the two girls she liked most were getting along and she wasn't about to miss that miracle. Now that Marisa and Mokou had stopped fighting they could all be bestest friends and hang out every day and have sleepovers and-!

Wait, that's just stupid. You're getting way too ahead of yourself, Floe. Just...get in there and further the narration already. Please.

"I'm baaack~!"
