Hopeful
Hm as I suspected, full internet access has meant less reading getting done, but unexpectedly the distraction has been ebay. I've had a minor clear out and have found it amazing what some things sell for. I sold a pair of pyjama bottoms for nearly three times as much as two pieces of furniture, just because they have a trendy label. Anyhow, I now have some extra cash and a much emptier garage, so it's all good.
Other great distractions: today I saw an old episode of Sex and the City in which there was a young Jacob Pitts, it's not a show I normally watch, but I miss The Pacific and who knows when the next series of Justified will be. Finally, we're looking at adopting a rescue centre cat and have arranged to go and see one at the weekend. I'm quite excited as I miss having a pet around the house.
