So, I was just about to comment on how much I loved the sound of a downpour, how rain relaxes you to the point of just existing, and how much it inspired my muse when I looked outside my window and saw this:

So, yeah, my state is fairing too well in this storm. A woman was swept away by flood waters and is presumed dead, numerous small towns and even the capital is pretty much flooded (or will be flooded) before Monday morning, and 43,000 people are without power.
