I've exhausted. I haven't been sleeping well, even with help, and I think I'm starting to have symptoms of sleep deprivation. I've got one of those headaches that is just too stubborn to go away. Right now, I'm nursing a small headache that's a leftover from the migraine I had late last night, one that made me rather sick.
