Have vertigo again. Not as bad as last year but definitely not in anyway fun. My head feels like a compass, weaving back and forth and not being able to find north.

Apparently I haven't mentioned it before, so... I am on Dreamwidth here. So friend at will and all that. I have not posted anything yet and I keep intending to import my lj to it and just cross post but yeah. Not there yet. I am such a lazy ass.

I did not have Lasik today. Instead I get to go back next Thursday to get Lasik done. When they tested my prescription there was a slight anomaly. What my left saw as clear was a stronger prescription than what apparently it should see. So they had to dilate my eyes to test for overcorrection. And they had to use the stronger drop for dilation ( Read more... )

I'm getting Lasik done tomorrow afternoon. I'm both excited and terrified. Laserbeams aimed at my eyeballs. :( And I have to admit that I'm feeling a little wistful about my glasses. I've worn glasses since I was 11 and it will be utterly bizarre not to have to grab them first thing in the morning. It also seems ridiculous to be wistful about that ( Read more... )
