This is nothing new. Democrats have been lying about Social Security (and Medicare/caid) almost from the inception of the program during the reign of FDR. The fact that he chose an area of the state dominated by Democrats (the Cleveland area) is a sign of how desperate he is. Yep, a company that receives your tax dollars give cell phones to the poor via a federal program to provide phone services to the "underserved".
