Dustin is home, as of yesterday afternoon.  I didn't get out of bed to do much of anything including update, due to depression, and crampiness.  Granny went to rehab today  (YAAAAAY!)  House to myself!!!!!!!  Also, as of today, I know why I had cramps for the last 2 days.  Enough said.  Except, that this lead to a new hairdo.  With a little gel, it ( Read more... )

Saw him yesterday.  He looks good, he sounds good.  He can breathe without that nose oxygen canula thingie.  He sounds "normal."  I told him to ASK the doctor when he could get out of ICU.  I told him sometimes the Dr. LIKES you to ask that.  It shows the doctor you feel better, and you want to go HOME!  So...I called earlier this afternoon to ( Read more... )

...He's fine.  It was only a badass kidney infection, which he has to have IV antibiotics for for awhile.  He's still in the hospital, but there's a rumor goin' around that he'll be home sometime in the next few days.  I'm hopin' somethime this WEEK!  Aparently, his kidneys ARE still working (Thank you, Lord!), so its not "kidney failure," per se ( Read more... )

I got my hair done today, just in time for Thanksgiving.  "THE" Thanksgiving!  It's not quite what I expected, but the color is FUDGIN' AWESOME!  LOVE the color.  There's northing like "New Hair" to make you feel like a whole new person.  I think this was just the uplift I needed.  Today, hair.  Tomorrow, Root Canal.  Next Tuesday:  I get ALL MY ( Read more... )
