I got so down I held the world for ransom

Did anyone watch 'The Eichmann Show' last night? It's a BBC drama about the men who televised the trial of Nazi Adolf Eichmann in the 60s.  I was hoping for great things after seeing the cast list (Martin Freeman! Rebecca Front! Tom from Sherlock series 3!) but to be honest, it wasn't all that interesting. [Spoiler]There were parts of the original trial interspersed with the dramatised scenes, and that was the truly horrifying part, but the rest of it felt a little flat. Case in point: Martin Freeman and family receive a death threat in the post, and a man with a grenade breaks into his office, but then it's hardly mentioned again and we never find out what happened. The Guardian review says everything that I think, but better.

Other news: new Django Django track is awesome. New Vaccines track is even more awesome (and the video?). Can I just mention how excited I am to see both of these bands back? 2015 looks set to be a good one for music I like, anyway - The View are recording again, and Two Door Cinema Club have an album out at some point, and Laura Marling's 'Short Movie' is out in March!
