So, the bronchitis never really went away, although it was better after the course of antibiotics. Last night, it turned abruptly worse, and this morning my chest was tight. I didn't know if I should try to go back to the doctor today or wait until Monday; I called first thing this morning to make an appointment either way, and they fit me in.
Now I have a steroid prescription, and the advice to use my rescue inhaler on a regular basis until this clears up, also OTC cough medicine. Basically, the infection I had aggravated my asthma. I wasn't aware of wheezing, but the doctor could hear it deep in my lungs.

I feel like warmed-over crap at the moment, but he said I should be definitely better in a few days.
