Got home to a call from the insurance company about my accident a couple of months ago. They officially determined that it was the other guy's fault. (Yep!) So they're going to pursue legal measures. Which might result in my getting my deductible back. Eventually. (Not holding my breath. And not just because right now that would make me cough.)
