back to reality
Travel home went fairly smoothly, although my flight was about 15 minutes late and there was some confusion about where to pick up my luggage. La Guardia airport was a gridlocked mess, but the actual roads were pretty good once we got to them.
I have unpacked, had dinner, and done the first load of laundry. Now I'm kind of vegging.
Because of the delayed flight, the Hyundai parts department had already closed by the time I got a cell signal, so I was unable to confirm that my mirror is ready for pickup tomorrow. I'll have to call in the morning before I head over there. (I hope, I hope, I hope that it is in fact ready; I don't need any delays.)
