The cough has lasted over a week now without improvement. Combination of my rescue inhaler and Robitussin DM have been keeping it under control, but I can't keep taking those around the clock. Especially since Robitussin eventually makes me a touch drowsy (to my doctor's surprise). Started on antibiotics this morning. If that doesn't get rid of it, I'll need to take prednisone again.
