Got my computer back but with no operating system. So why did I send it away if they cannot fix it? I mean come on nerd herd!

So what am I supposed to do now? Do I buy upgrade or full version? This is so annoyin'. But for real y'all, if you have any advice on how I can fix this or get this fixed then please let me know. Please!
