So I guess Best Buy ows me new computer because they've sent me two batteries already and neither of them work so I guess the problem is with the laptop. Sooooo new laptop?
They are probably going to have to send it away 12 times but as long as it's all before the warrenty runs out I'm good. I still have a desktop (sure it has issues) but w/e. cross your fingers and always get the serves plan on laptops and the link becuase the shit goes bust.
