I want it all, and I want it delivered by cute, naked men.

I go through stages of updating my LJ. I'll update 4 or 5 days in a row, and then for a week or two I'll be silent. Then all of the sudden you'll get the random posts that are worthless: How Bitchy Are You, What's Your Sign, What's Your French Name, etc. Sometimes I'll give you a proper post; some days you're left wondering what is going on in my life. There's no rhyme or reason to my updating patterns...don't try to make sense of it.

So, the server migration is over. Well, my stuff is anyway. It went a lot better than I thought, and they've only had 2 issues with it since the partial migration. Yay! I worked like crazy Thursday and Friday, stressed about it slightly, lost sleep, didn't go to the gym, and received a phone call about it at 11:30 at night while drinking a beer at something_neat's party. All in all, not bad. Not bad at all.

Friday I went to St.VM for my little bro's art show. One of his paintings got best in show....it's probably one of my fav pieces of his. Yay! It was interesting to read what the seniors wrote about themselves and art. I joined a cult by reading a bio...who knew you could do such things? I'm rather partial to my brother's artwork, but there were some other good pieces. I did enjoy the photography section, and wished that they had offered photography when I was in school.

After the art show, ebizaleth, Chris, and I made our way to something_neat's for a party. It was random, but that was to be expected. Highlights of the party include watching the letter S and N having sex (they gave birth to an i), laughing when Dustin was trying to get us to laugh but it wasn't funny, looking at new pics taken by Dustin, people showing up only to run to Taco Bell 12 minutes later, the kitchen light staying on after Dustin turned it off, and more randomness. As we made our way home, I was told to shut up, which I was able to do for about 2 minutes. Suddenly we turned into Mary Coyle's to get ice cream, and to get ice cream you had to talk. So the silence was broken! But, Mary Coyle's was closed. (Duh! It was 1:00 in the morning!) Anyway, we ended up going to Larry's and eating breakfast foods of sorts. Yummy food.

Saturday I couldn't sleep. I think I got up around 9, but it might've really been 9:30. I did some laundry and went shopping. Chris picked me up and we went to a coworker's crawfish broil. I'd never had crawfish before, but it was actually pretty good. I discovered a new beer. Sadly you can't get it here. So if anyone is in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area, would you pick up a case or two for me? I'd appreciate it greatly. Eventually we left and ended up in Parma to see my Fia. We stayed up there entirely too long, but I was glad to see her.

Sunday I woke up at 9:00, but managed to fall back asleep till almost 1:00. Yay! That's the latest I've slept in in quite awhile. (What's the proper way to write that sentence?) Work was really, really, really long on Monday. I walked in the door dreading the day, and the day went as expected. I worked out my frustrations at the gym, but relaxing at the winery was the highlight of the day. I must say I enjoyed the company! :-)

Today was the last week of my Business Accounting class. I somehow managed to scrape by with a B+, but I'm not really sure how I did it. I didn't learn anything...probably because I didn't study anything. I'm glad the class is over. Our next class is Philosophy of Christian Thought, which is sure to be a bore. Hopefully we don't have too many Catholic bashing sessions. I tend to get a little pissy about that stuff.

In other exciting news, I received the Victoria's Secret Semi-Annual Sale magazine in the mail today. I'm excited to buy cheap bras and thongs. Yay for new underwear.

My sister left for Jerusalem today. I'm jealous. She better take lots of pics.

bras and panties, gym, friends, school, work, family, wine
