I love storms. One of my favorite things to do is to watch a storm. Watch the wind buzz through the trees. Watch the clouds as they whip across the sky. Watch the sky as it changes colors. Watch as lightning brightens up everything around you. Watch the rain as it splatters on the ground. I love the whole thing. No, I don't like cold rain (even in a white shirt), but I love storms. So I was quite happy when I walked out of work this evening and saw that it was going to storm. I had even more fun driving home in it!

I just walked in the door, actually. We went to Whitey's after work. Their burgers are so good. I had the Outhouse burger, which was quite delicious. Naturally, the conversation was in the gutter most of the time, but what do you expect?

I went to see The Da Vinci Code yesterday. It's not the greatest movie I've ever seen. I'd have to say that it was a waste of money and time, honestly. I enjoyed the book, but I've only read it once. But, they tried too hard in the movie. They tried too hard to make it suspenseful, to make random events in history seem real, etc. Most of the movie was slow, and the rest of it was confusing. The reason the book works is that the characters are able to explain to you what they're doing. You can't do that in a movie; the audience gets it, or they don't. It's that simple. So, don't see the movie. It's a waste of your money, it's boring, and it's anti-climatic. And we all love a good climax.
