10 GHD sit ups
10 back extensions.
10 pull ups
10 dips
10 push ups
Crossfit:

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Peter: 135lbs. He did 7 before deciding that his back was too screwed up from our GHD's on Tuesday and if he pushed it he'd have a real injury. Despite what he thinks of himself for not going through with the workout, it was the intelligent thing to do. You hear me, Pete? *glare*
