Warm up:
150 jump rope jumps

3 rounds of:
10 squats
10 GHD sit ups
10 back extensions.
10 pull ups
10 dips
10 push ups

Crossfit:
"Gwen"
Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

We all fouled. Meh. It was hard not to with the weight we used. Whatever. We got through it and that was accomplishment enough.

Peter: 135lbs. He did 7 before deciding that his back was too screwed up from our GHD's on Tuesday and if he pushed it he'd have a real injury.   Despite what he thinks of himself for not going through with the workout, it was the intelligent thing to do.  You hear me, Pete? *glare*
