My daughter is in Knoxville taking the Bar exam, essay questions today, and the common law multiple choice tomorrow. Her father and I are feeling nervous and immensely proud. It has been such a long haul getting to this day, you wouldn't believe.

This will be short and sweet but hopefully entertaining. I'm trying to stay focused on NaNoWriMo and my erstwhile novel that is moving at a snail's pace. I realized tonight that I needed a map of my imaginary county in Tennessee before I could write some of the scenes. Of course, the term "New Age" isn't new anymore, and I vividly remember hearing this type of music for the first time. For me it had to be Enya's "Orinoco Flow," so that's the first video. It was such a beautiful video and her voice sounded unearthly.

I'm having such a good day ~ my daughter Charlotte was accepted into Memphis School of Law!!! She's at the dorm studying for exams, and we opened her acceptance letter and read it to her over the phone.
