I'm sorry, but that's so wrong. They aren't going to hire the guy they had play the Master as the next Doctor! I mean, how would you even explain that? This isn't like, "Oh, he and Rose were so close, when he regenerated he picked up her accent." He's not going to be so busted up over the Master dying that he picks up his face. And think of all the children who watch who would just be so incredibly confused.
