Exercise: 15 min. bike (101 cal), 45 min elliptical (572). I have strong legs, but evidently not for cycling. Need a lot more work to be able to bike to and from work.

Food: Brown-bagged it today. First time in...forever. I did eat marionberry crumb cake :-(

I'm having issues with Heroes. Claire has gone from seventeen to "almost sixteen" (yet she drove the car when she almost killed the guy who tried to rape her). Um, hello? Session # 2 with Brandon, the personal trainer was this morning. Can you believe I’m still sore in my shoulders and chest? I'm very proud of my exercise progress over the past 4-5 months. I not only started going to the gym again, but I also worked up to almost an hour of cardio four times a week. I did lose some weight (enough for family members to notice), but I haven't done any weight work in almost a year...and that's necessary to change body shape.
