She wants to know if anyone would be up for cookie-baking/cookie-associated fun on Friday during the day?

Anyone have good recipes that use (firm) tofu? Additionally, does anyone have any tips/advice about cooking with it?

I recently broke down and tried tofu at a restaurant. I thought it was pretty good, so I want to try experimenting with it myself.
