Went to my doc on Friday. I have developed a tremor, tingling and numbness on my right side. So far, it hasn't completely impeded me. Anyway, I will be undergoing tests to see what it is. Being tested for inflammed nerve, Lyme's disease, and some other stuff. Sometimes the shaking is worse than others sometimes it's only in one location. Of course ( Read more... )

The seasons are changing. My depression is really bad in the fall and winter. I should get a lamp for my bedroom with one of those daylight bulbs to help me awaken. Maybe that would perk me up.
