Whew. Whatta day! Did the intro to blood bank, did some typing, then pulled 2.5 hours in the outpatient lab drawing blood. I only need 37 more sticks and I will have made the full 200 draw requirement. I may do a multiphasic this week, too, just to finish that up ( Read more... )

Clinical Rotation Update: Phlebotomy. Was able to get 25 sticks in. Need less than 50 more to meet my 200 requirement for graduation. Also was able to do some difficult draw ANNND drew some blood by poking through a man's tattoo ( Read more... )
