Dear Roaman's Plus Size Clothing Catalog,
Thank you for making/selling clothing that makes us big girls look sexy. However, could you PLEASE not put sexy clothing next to the "Fat Grandma" clothing?! I do not, nor will I ever, want to wear a mumu that looks as if a Jackson Pollock painting just dropped some acid and then took a shit on a dress or shirt.
Thanks again,
me
Well, two of the chemistry analyzers went batshit today so my instructor was off cussin--- uh, working on them. I was left to run the ECI analyzer by myself. I think I did ok.
Also did a two hour shift in the out patient lab. Stuck four and got blood from two. My mojo was off. *Shakes head.* At least the girls down there like me better than someone else who works there... so that makes me feel better. I'm not as annoying as I think I am. Ha ha.
My friend who was my supervisor at HACC but is now just my friend got a promotion. :D That's wonderful. She basically has always ran the admissions department at the York Campus so it's only fitting that she now OFFICIALLY runs it. :D YAY BUNNY!
No thunderstorms out here yet. That's a bad thing and a good thing. Bad because my plants could use the rain... good because my Dad is out on a golf course somewhere. Ha ha! (This also means that tonight is Milkshake Night! :9)
Not much else happening. My instructor told me to not come in tomorrow until 8 or 9 because she has a lot of calibration work to do... and I have an exam once I do get in.
I was doing some figuring while looking at the schedule for my next 4 weeks (the semester ends shortly after that). The last two weeks, I will be in urine analysis and then in STAT testing. Both areas require being on your feet a lot. I don't know if I will work in phlebotomy those two weeks. So, I may or may not be employed for too much longer. In September I turn 35 and every birthday, Dad gives me a few bucks so he doesn't have to go shopping. After that, I should get my financial aid check for my last semester of school. That should get me set monetarily for the end of this year. I also have the possibility of finishing up my schooling by around Thanksgiving so I could be working in the field by early December... and getting some REAL money! MWA-HA-HA-HA! :D
That's all I can think of for right now.
Further bulletins as they warrant.
