The census is really starting to piss me off. We have received a letter urging us to complete and return the survey promptly, a postcard recommending places to get help, countless TV and radio requests to fill it out, and a warning on the survey envelope that our submission is REQUIRED BY LAW.
Fine. Whatever. But you can't keep saying how important it is to complete and return the materials immediately when you mail it out mid-March but the survey specifies "As of April 1st 2010 ..." I have no way of knowing how many people will reside in my house on April 1st 2010! I might be dead! My entire family might have moved in with me! The heat death of the universe could have already occurred!
