I was reminded of this tonight, and I think it's time to give up the ghost and admit I'll never finish it. It was supposed to be a companion fic/sequel to Any Lucky Affection, but then Pete and Ashlee got married, and that kind of presented an obstacle that I never took the time to figure out how to use and/or work around. Ah, well.
