Ok, you know, I know all those "Copy and paste this in your journal if you care about X!" memes mean well, and in some cases they serve an important purpose in making X more visible to the community at large. Ok, I know that several of you out there run eFiction archives, or know someone who does. How have you dealt with the problem of spammers? I tried turning CAPTCHA on, and that stopped the spammers - but it also stops legitimate users from posting reviews or signing up for an account, because apparently no matter what you enter, you always get ( Read more... )
